Parx Casino CEO Tony Ricci excitedly tells the gathered guests about the new eateries, the new poker room and the new Excite Center with live entertainment. Lombardi’s, the New York pizza restaurant is opening a second location at Parx and the other restaurant will a Liberty Bell Gastropub which claims to be offering a fresh, farm produce approach. The 45 000 square feet building will be built, providing a new location for the poker room as well as a specific VIP poker enclave. The completion date is planned for the winter 2017-2018 season.
It is believed that 200 full-time jobs will be created. Parx Casino in Bucks County, recently announced a planned expansion of $50 million that will incorporate a new 1 500-seat concert hall to be called the Xcite Centre, a new poker room and two new restaurants.
